Yes. Payments go through KCB and we never see or store your M-Pesa PIN.
Yes. Open the product, tap Make an offer and send your price. The store can accept, decline or send a counter offer. An accepted price is held for you for a limited time.
Tap Add to cart on the accepted offer in chat. The item goes into your cart at the agreed price.
Most stores deliver in 1 to 2 days in Nairobi and 2 to 5 days elsewhere. The product page shows the store's own time.
